Since 1974, Dave Williams has built homes in Collin and surrounding counties both in the capacity of owner of his home building firm and on the senior management teams of two of the areas largest and most respected companies. In 1980, he earned the Registered Professional Builder designation and served as both president and vice-president of the Plano/Collin County Division of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Dallas. He has served on the Registered Professional Builder Ethics Committee, the HBA Benefit Home Committee, and has taught seminars sponsored by the association on "Warranty and Customer Service". He has served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Dallas completing the most recent term in 2000 and holds the Certified Graduate Builder designation.
A Collin County resident since 1964, Dave Williams commitment to his industry and community have been unwavering. As a hands-on home builder, Dave stays involved with our clients from contract through warranty, and conducts red-line meetings, cabinet and trim walk-throughs personally along with monitoring the construction progress of each home on a daily basis.

Don has over 30 years management experience in the Dallas residential construction industry and has operated his own home building firm. He has vast experience in all phases of residential project management and is heavily involved with our customers through the construction process and continues to receive accolades from the clients he serves.

A life-long resident of the Frisco/Prosper area of Collin County, Gary joined Dave R. Williams Homes in 2004 as a Construction Manager. Gary has over 25 years experience in managing residential construction projects of all scopes and sizes and was named as the Town of Prosper's Construction Manager of the Year in 2006. He was also nominated by the Home and Apartment Builders of Metropolitan Dallas as 2007's Builder Associate of the Year. Gary's experience, knowledge, and integrity has earned him the respect of his industry peers, Prosper's code enforcement officals, and Dave R. Williams clients.
